    Today is the last day of the route. The day will start with the exploration of Bergheim, one of the most beautiful medieval village of Alsace. The area is well-known for its wines and you will have the opportunity to taste them out. On the way back to Strasbourg, you will stop at the UNESCO heritage: Sélestat Humanist Library. You will end the trip by a magnificent walk towards the Hohwald waterfall. An opportunity to start integrating the adventure.

    Today is the final day of the route, let's head to Bergheim, a picturesque village on the Alsatian wine route.
    Park your car and explore the beautiful city by foot.
    Surrounded by ramparts, the town has many gorgeous winegrowers' houses. The wall consists of a well-preserved double enclosure, with its ditches and towers. Some of them have been transformed into dwellings. From the top of this point, you can admire the vineyard overlooked by the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle.

    The current church was built in the 14th century after the previous one burned down. Over time, several modifications were made, especially on the upper part of the bell tower and the interior.

    The nave was covered with a ceiling and the arches rest on Tuscan columns.
