Welcome to Flåm--one of the most popular villages for those wanting to visit Norway's magnificent fjords. Get an introduction to the local area at the Flåm Railway Museum where you'll learn all about the history of the inhabitants and the important role the railway played to their daily lives.
Museum closes at 5 pm.

Fjord and food? Why not! Sit by the floor-to-ceiling windows at the Flåm Marina terrace restaurant and enjoy your cuppa and a pastry as your peel your eyes for the friendly seals that pop up out of the waters.

Pick a cozy nook downstairs by the enormous tree trunk in the middle of the pub or head upstairs where you'll get a bird's eye view of the brewery in action. Ægir beer features in everything from sauces to marinades, and your best bet to get a taste of everything is to go for the Ægir Viking Plank, a five-course tasting menu with beers that are perfectly paired with each dish.
