In fact, the earliest mention of this castle dates back to 1299, built at the behest of the order of Saint John. Today, not much remains of the original design, as it was rebuilt in the 18th century in perfect Baroque style.

Poznan's Old Market Square is surrounded by colourful medieval buildings.
The colourful houses in this square were and still are called merchants' houses.

The oak is between 350-400 years old with a trunk circumference of 5 metres and a height of 5 metres.
It is impossible not to be fascinated by this incredible tree that nature has given us.

On your way to the city centre of Wroclaw you will have the opportunity to cross the Millennium Bridge, the suspension bridge over the Oder River.
It is an example of modern human genius as the bridge was put into operation in 2004.
It is an original suspended structure supported by two H-shaped pylons. The total length of the crossing is 923.5 m.
In addition to car traffic, pedestrian traffic is also permitted.
