Wildlife Encounters in Eastern Norway
On the second day, head north to the small village of Flå, on the edge of the Hallingdal valley, to get up close and personal with the region's furry residents. Take the scenic route by the Hallingdal river before coming back down for a traditional Norwegian lunch. Lakes, mountains, and turf-roofed cottages will surround you as you cross the Eggedal valley. After a short stop for souvenirs and traditional goodies, it's off to Villa Fridheim for a fairytale adventure before ending the day with a hair-raising zip line ride and a celebratory feast highlighted by local produce.
