When I first started traveling, I didn't know what to expect from the experience. I was nervous about the logistics of planning and executing a trip, but also excited about getting off the beaten path and meeting new people.
As a newbie, I found it difficult to find information that would help me plan my trip: how much will it cost? What do I need to pack? Do I need a visa?
I decided to start blogging about my travels as a way of sharing with others what they could expect when they travel — both good and bad experiences — so they could make informed decisions about their own trips.
Over the years, I've been fortunate enough to visit many amazing places around the world. Through my blog, I want to bring these experiences to everyone who wishes to travel.
I love nothing more than meeting new people and exploring new cultures. I believe that travel is the best way to meet people from other places and learn about their culture.
My goal is simple: To help you find your own adventure!
When I say I love to travel, I don't mean "love" in the way that people say they love something and actually mean they like it a lot—I mean that I truly love traveling. It's not just a hobby or an interest of mine, but an essential part of my life.
When I'm on the road, there's nothing else in the world but me and the place that I'm exploring. There's no need for a phone call or text message to distract me from what's happening right then and there, and I can just take in what's around me without worrying about anything else.
I started this blog as a way to share what I've learned about traveling and also just to help people who are interested in traveling but don't know where to start.
