Escape the City and Explore Rural Georgia
Escape the city and head out into the beautiful countryside and take a dive into Georgia's past. The drive will include a stop at Uplistsikhe, once a settlement and trading post, and now a museum displaying what life would have been like in Georgia. You will then move on to Borjomi, famed for its natural sulfur water bottled and sold across Georgia and several countries in Eastern Europe.

Tbilisi
Tbilisi is Georgia's capital city, and it is a hub for creativity, history, and more. You will notice that the city develops and changes on every block. This is due to its complex and varied past, as it has almost been a gateway country connecting Europe, Asia, and Russia and has many links to the Silk Road.
This mixed past means you will find buildings that date back to as early as the 6th century, but also remnants of the Soviet days and not modern European-style buildings.

Open Details
Once you have freshened up, head into town for a traditional Georgian dinner. Old Borjomi is one of the best restaurants in town to try local cuisine.
Georgia has a lot of regional dishes, but they also have classics. You must try 'Khinkali', a small dumpling filled with a meaty stew. Another traditional dish is 'Khachapuri', but be warned, this can be very rich and heavy. Khachapuri is bread baked in the shape of a boat and then filled with cheese and egg on top and sometimes a stick of butter. Traditionally, you would break off the bread crust to dip it into the dairy-filled center.
Opening Hours: Monday – Sunday: 10:00 – 23:00
