The beautiful Olympic Theater is located inside the Territorial Palace and is the first and oldest permanent covered theater of the modern period.
Palladio was no stranger to building temporary theatrical sets, but in the late 1500s he was offered the opportunity to build a stable one, which fulfilled the Renaissance aspiration of creating a space inspired by the great theaters of classical antiquity.

Definitely one of Vicenza's iconic buildings, the Basilica Palladiana is one of Italy's UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Andrea Palladio designed it in the mid-1500s, and it now stands majestically over Piazza dei Signori, the heart of the city.
Interestingly, it has been a National Monument since 2014.

We take the car and drive to Villa La Rotonda, Palladio's masterpiece

One of Palladio's most famous works is certainly Villa Almerico Capra, known to all as Palladio's Rotunda.
The Rotonda is a villa with a central plan, set on a square of which the four cardinal points are the vertices, and with a circular central hall whose dome emerges outside.
Certainly one of a kind, it is absolutely unmissable.
